Return :-
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return will be eligible if the product was received in a damaged condition from the courier partner.
To be eligible for a return, inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the product is damaged, take clear video footage of the item and packaging showing the damage. Email the video, along with your order number and a brief description, to email :- support@ticly.in within 7 days of receipt.
If your return is accepted, the products will be picked up by the courier partner.
Refunds:-
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
